All inventory is stored in a climate-controlled facility. Orders are picked, inspected for "Grade" compliance, and packed within 48 hours of manifest confirmation. You will receive a tracking link via the provided communication channel immediately upon dispatch.

We operate distribution nodes in London and Tokyo. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days via courier service.

Global shipping is available to all territories excluding active conflict zones. Delivery timelines vary by proximity to our London or Tokyo nodes (typically 5-10 business days).
